- Please make contact through the website or by emailing thymebanditchef@gmail.com, providing the following information:
- Location of Service (your town or neighborhood is sufficient)
- Number of family members you hope to feed. If children are included, please let us know their ages.
- Dietary restrictions and allergies
- Number of meals or breakfasts/lunches/dinners per week desired
- What day you desire service weekly (Sunday/Monday times are highly desired and may slow down being placed with a chef)
- Based on your needs and day preference, we will pair you with an appropriate chef. We will then schedule a free in-home consultation to discuss details and assess any kitchen needs.
- Menus will be created weekly for you based on your needs and emailed to you on Thursdays. Adjustments may be made to your menu before Friday evening.
- Your chef will arrive to your home at the agreed upon time with requisite supplies. They will cook your desired menu, package food as either individual meals or in large dishes, clean the kitchen, and depart.
- A Grocery Deposit is required on a semi-weekly or monthly basis to cover cost of groceries. This can be set up as a recurring transaction that will be deducted from your weekly invoice.
- An invoice will be sent to you every week, where you can pay with a card or bank transfer. You will have 48 hours to settle before a $25 per week late fee is applied.

- Please contact us through the website or by emailing thymebanditchef@gmail.com, providing the following information:
- Location of Event
- Number of guests
- Dietary restrictions and allergies
- Service Style (family, plated, passed hors d'oeuvres, or buffet)
- A number where you can be reached and the best times of day to call.
- A phone consultation will be arranged to discuss details.
- A quote will be drafted for your specific event including a timeline, sample menu, and itemized cost breakdown
- Once the quote has been accepted, a digital invoice will be sent to put a deposit for the day of the event. You will be able to pay with a credit card or bank transfer through the email.
- On the date of the event, staff will arrive with all necessary supplies. We will cook, serve, clean, and depart as agreed.
- After your event, another digital invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance. You will have 48 hours to pay for the remainder before a $25 per week late fee is applied.
Is gratuity expected?
- Gratuity is not expected, but welcomed. It can be paid for in cash at the event, or applied to payment of your invoice.
Do you cook offsite?
- All cooking is done in the client's kitchen or the kitchen at the venue. If cooking must be done off site, we have access to a commercial kitchen, which will incur additional cost.
